FAQ- Birthday Parties


Can bring in my own cake?
Yes, depending on its size we can refrigerate.
Do you supply lolly bags?
You are welcome to bring in your own lolly bags with the condition that they are handed to the children at the end of the party.
May we decorate the rooms?
We do not allow decorating as it does take time before and after the party to set up and take down. Please bear in mind that we have other parties running before and after your party.
When do I need to pay for the party?
$100 deposit is due when making the booking. Full payment is due 7 days prior to the party date. No refunds are issued for over estimating guest count, so please ensure you have final numbers. You are welcome to add on additional children on the day, however, please note that if you have ordered catering that is done off site additional food will not be able to be added. You may purchase an hour jump and food from the café for any additional children you may have on the day. These children will still be jumping alongside the other party guests.
Can I bring in my own food?
No outside food is not permitted. Where a child has a special diet requirement, you may supply the catering for that child only.
Can I amend the packages?
The packages and its inclusions may be changed after deposit is confirmed. You will receive a username and password to login to your party and make changes, add-on and make full payment. Please note: that after full payment is made you are unable to make any changes. Upgrade options are available and extra jump time after the party may be purchased additionally. 
Are your parties suitable for toddlers, teenagers and adults alike?
Yes, our parties are suitable for all ages. We have party rooms which help accommodate all ages as well as a trampoline solely for toddlers 5 years and under.
Can a sibling come and jump also?
Yes, siblings who are not part of the party can purchase entry at $15 per hour including socks.
Can parents order food or coffee on the day?
Parents are welcome to order from the café or pre-order platters when booking the party. Café tab forms are available on request.
Do parents pay for entry?
No, unless they are using our facilities.
What time should we arrive?
We recommend that you notify your guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time of your booked party. This allows time for the waivers forms to be completed and registration of all guests.
Do the parents have to sign for the party guests or may the Birthday child’s parent sign?
The party parent may sign all their guests in, if they have been completed on our tablets, they are valid for 6 months.
